Mariana Serna wrote: “I don’t usually come on social media with my personal business. But I couldn’t stay silent any further. I’m only sharing this as a warning to other women that might encounter this man. Protect your babies.  Unfortunately, this predator creeped his way into my life for six years plotting against my daughter. After raising her with me her whole life, he decided to finally show his true colors. On November 14th 2024 Jovan Shawn Mccreary sexually assaulted My 8 year old daughter molesting her when I was asleep heavily medicated, while i was recovering from recent hospitalization! This man raised her with me, made sure we both got comfortable. She trusted him she loved him with her entire being! Cassidy used to call him dad even though he was not her bio dad! She used to run to him with joy and love until he did this!! Jovan took advantage of the love we both had for him. Please protect your daughters from this man do not trust him. Do not allow him to be around them.

He has family down south in Virginia, Florida, and he also stays in Maryland. He tends to go to Irock in Gaithersburg MD! He is currently in custody in Montgomery county correctional facility. I just wanted to make this post so other women do not become victims to this monster!  Von NoFavors deserves to stay in jail for the rest of his disgusting existence !!! I pray my baby get the justice she deserves! Please pray for my daughter’s justice and recovery!!!  Please respect my family during this difficult time if I don’t answer peoples messages dont take it personal it’s a difficult time for us.
