Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Luis Suarez scored hat-trick in 6 minutes against Granada.

No one expected such a performance, least of all from a player as lacking in confidence as Luis Suarez, the Almeria striker and former Marseille and Granada player.

Facing his former club in an Andalusian derby that was tightly contested at the start of the match, the Colombian scored a historic hat-trick between the 41st and 45th minutes, and he has his team-mate Largie Ramazani to thank for his hat-trick of assists.

The 22-year-old Belgian picked up the ball high up the pitch and fed Suarez, who curled an unstoppable shot with his left foot to open the scoring, just a few days after scoring his first goal of the season in Seville (41st, 1-0).

But the second was a gift from Ramazani, who dribbled past Sergio Ruiz with a lob before delivering a pinpoint cross to the Almeria No.9, who made it 2-0 (44′).

Lost on the pitch, the Granada players lost another ball through Puertas. Ramazani immediately set up the former OM player, who took advantage of the goalkeeper’s exit to score a hat-trick for the first time in his career (45+1, 3-0).

In exactly five minutes and 25 seconds, Luis Suarez scored the second-fastest hat-trick in La Liga history behind Kevin Gameiro (four minutes and 45 seconds).

However, Suarez’s outstanding contribution wasn’t enough for Almeria to clinch the victory. Granada mounted a second-half comeback, netting three of their own, in addition to squandering a penalty opportunity. The match culminated in a 3:3 stalemate.

Previously, we highlighted the ongoing interest from Saudi Arabian clubs in Barcelona’s Polish ace Robert Lewandowski, with plans to rope him in during the upcoming winter transfer window.
