The mail details one of the many incidents between Mkhuleko Hlengwa and Luthando Hlengwa having taken place at Donga La Boutique Hotel in Ladysmith; KwaZulu-Natal where Mkhuleko Hlengwa planned to have sex with Luthando Hlengwa.

Email reads: “Good day to all,
I hope this email finds you well. Unfortunately I am writing this email with disappointing revelations from Deputy Minister’s office. It has come to our attention that the Deputy Minister, Mkhuleko Hlengwa has been coercing his male employees to participate in sexual activities with him throughout his trips in his recent campaign. Some of which had to participate due to the fear of being dismissed.
One of many incidents occurred during the Ladysmith trip at the Donga La Boutique Hotel with his team where he coerced his Parliament Liaison Officer, Luthando Mxhosana to participate in sexual activities with him.”
