Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Hlamulo Etam Hlungwani stole R3500 from TUT for course space money in Saselamani
A young man from the Saselamani area near Young Shing, Hlamulo Etam Hlungwani, is accused of cheating people out of money to get a place at the University of Tshwane According to the victim, Etam promised his sister a place at TUT in February 2024 but so far the money has gone.
It was 29 February 2024 when Etam and the victim met in the Saselamani areas.
Etam was given R1500 cash to seek a space at TUT As Etam has no knowledge whatsoever of getting people into TUT he has embezzled moneyÂ
