Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Guyana president, Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali, liked a video of a black guy from Africa shaking his ass on his Twitter page.

Taking to social media, it was noticed by Republicans and MAGA supporters that Guyanese president, Dr Mohamed Irfaan, has add ‘a footage of a black man shaking his butt’ to his likes on X and it immediately caused stirs.

In a compelling demonstration of national sovereignty, indigenous people of Venezuela have taken down the Guyanese flag, replacing it with the Venezuelan tricolor on the apex of Sierra de Pacaraima. This mountain, which stands at an imposing height of 640 meters, is positioned in the disputed Essequibo territory. The event is a response to a similar act performed by Irfaan Ali, the President of Guyana, on November 24, who hoisted Guyana’s golden arrow flag on the same mountain. This territory has been a bone of contention between Venezuela and Guyana for an extended period, and the recent actions by the Venezuelan indigenous community further intensify the territorial claims by both nations over the Essequibo region.

Dispute

The Essequibo territory, rich in oil reserves, has been a point of disagreement between Venezuela and Guyana for decades. Venezuela, under the governance of Nicolás Maduro, claims the expansive territory, contending that the Essequibo River represents the natural border between the two countries as declared under Spanish rule in 1777. Contrarily, Guyana maintains that the border was established during the British colonial era and confirmed by a court of arbitration in 1899. Guyana’s claim is also validated by the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the UN’s top judicial body.
