Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Edwin Sodi’s lavish R85 million home goes viral after celebrating his 50th birthday there.
Information reads: “Having heard the stories around Edwin Sodi I’m still struggling to understand how does one person get to own over 30 top range cars (each over R1mil) all for private or personal use. Maybe I’m too poor to understand the lifestyle of the rich.
“Edwin Sodi’s lavish R85 million home was displayed in public yesterday. Today Cyril Ramaphosa has authorised SIU to investigate a R295m contract awarded to Edwin Sodi’s company for the Rooiwal Wastewater treatment works project in the Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality.”
The corruption-accused entrepreneur turned 50 years old and had a lavish birthday party at his Bryanston home, according to a social media user named Sanele Nkosi.
“Edwin Sodi celebrates his 50th birthday at his R85 million Bryanston mansion,” wrote the X user. Although the property was valued at R85 million in 2020, The South African reported in November 2022 that the home was valued at a staggering R100 million.
