While India’s Most Wanted fugitive don Dawood Ibrahim continues to remain at Karachi Hospital under tight security, Pakistan’s former cricketer Javed Miandad along with his family have been kept under house arrest. Javed Miandad who is considered a Pakistani cricketing legend is a close relative of underworld don & terrorist Dawood Ibrahim. Dawood Ibrahim’s daughter is married is Javed Miandad’s son. 

After the death of Dawood Ibrahim, the news of his brother-in-law and former cricketer Javed Miandad being placed under house arrest is also in the headlines of Pakistani media. According to media reports, there has been no official confirmation yet. Social media platforms like X, Facebook, and YouTube have also been disrupted in many cities of Pakistan including Karachi and Lahore.

For the unversed, multiple Pakistani media reports and journalists claimed that Dawood Ibrahim was poisoned by unknown men for two days and thereafter he was rushed to a hospital in Karachi. Dawood who is the prime accused of the 1993 Mumbai Bomb Blasts has been receiving treatment in high security. As of now, Dawood Ibrahim’s health condition remains critical and for him, a total floor has been sealed where no one is allowed to visit him except his family and Pakistani authorities. 

The news of the murder of India’s most wanted Dawood Ibrahim by poisoning is in the headlines in Pakistani media. It is being said that Dawood Ibrahim was suffering from serious kidney disease and was undergoing treatment for some time in a hospital named Mumtaz in Karachi. Meanwhile, Dawood, who was admitted to the hospital on Friday evening, was poisoned to death.
