In new 17-count lawsuit, Vitaly is facing charges for allegedly showing the plaintiff in a “Predator Take Downs” video posted on TikTok.
The plaintiff alleges that he joined the defendant’s website for adult entertainment and was participating in consensual adult interactions before being “entrapped” by Vitaly.
