Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Court document picture confirmed DJ Akademiks raped Ms Abashe vaginally without using condom.
DJ Akademiks is facing a new lawsuit accusing him of rape, sexual assault, and defamation.
The lawsuit, filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey and obtained by Rolling Stone, was filed by Fauziya “Ziya” Abashe, who dated the internet personality (real name Livingston Allen) after meeting him online in 2021. Abashe alleges that on July 16, 2022, Allen contacted her and invited her to his house in New Jersey, not suspecting any “ill intentions” even though they allegedly hadn’t seen each other for almost a year.
Part of court document reads: “According to Ms Abashe, Mr Allen was relentless. He tried to penetrate her anally and was frustrated because she kept squirming and moving due to the pains.
“As a result, Mr Allen proceeded to rape her vaginally. Upon information and belief Mr Allen was not using protection when he anally and vaginally raped Ms Abashe, as evidenced by the purported discovery of his spermicide on the rape kit. Which performed on Ms Abashe a few hours after he raped her.”
