Celebrations as Cristiano Ronaldo gains 600M followers on Instagram to become most followed celebrity in 2023.

Cristiano Ronaldo has made history once again, becoming the first person to reach 600 million followers on Instagram. The Portuguese superstar surpassed the milestone just over seven months after he reached 500 million followers.

This remarkable achievement represents a remarkable 85% of the world’s population.

Ronaldo’s Instagram account is a major platform for him to connect with fans around the world. He regularly shares photos and videos of his life on and off the field, as well as promotional content for his various business interests. His account is also a valuable tool for him to market himself to potential sponsors.

That seemed to fire up Ronaldo and the Portugal captain equalised in the 74th minute when he got on the end of a low cross from right back Sultan Al-Ghannam to score for a fifth game in a row.

Al Nassr defender Abdulelah Al-Amri was sent off in the second half before Nawaf Boushal was given his marching orders while on the bench for arguing with an official, but they held on to take the game to extra time.

Ronaldo then doubled the lead in the first half of extra time when he pounced on a rebound off the crossbar and headed home with the goalkeeper off his line.

Ronaldo’s 600 million followers represent a significant portion of the global population. In fact, it is more than the population of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil combined. This makes Ronaldo one of the most influential people in the world, and his Instagram account is one of the most powerful tools in his possession.

Cristiano Ronaldo won his first trophy since 2021 by leading Al Nassr to a remarkable victory in the Arab Club Champions Cup final.

Al Nassr beat Saudi rivals Al-Hilal 2-1 after extra time on Saturday despite playing for more than an hour with just 10 men.

Brazilian winger Michael headed Al-Hilal in front early in the second half before Al Nassr were reduced to 10 players for a last-man foul by Abdulelah Al-Amri in the 71st minute.
