According to reports, Amahle had been sent to withdraw the cash, but the ATM swallowed the card during the transaction. Shortly after, the entire amount vanished from the account under unclear circumstances.
Sources indicate that the teenager became overwhelmed with fear and anxiety, dreading the prospect of explaining the missing money to her parents. Upon returning home, she excused herself and went to the bathroom, where she wrote a letter apologizing for what had occurred. She then took the devastating decision to end her life.
The incident has left the family and community in shock, raising concerns about the pressures faced by young people and the need for mental health awareness.
