Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Amanalco municipal president, María Elena Martínez, gets arrested by Operación Enjambre in drug trafficking scandal.
Among the seven arrested officials is María Elena “N”, who serves as the municipal president of Amanalco. She was arrested for allegedly maintaining relations with criminal groups, the State of Mexico prosecutor’s office said, without giving further details of the reasons for her arrest.
Shortly after achieving victory, the governor decided to join Morena, arguing that she had made this decision to strengthen her work for the development of Amanalco, aligning herself with the public policies of the Fourth Transformation. READ MORE HERE
Through his social networks, García Harfuch indicated that in this operation, which is carried out in coordination with the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico and the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of the Navy, and the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, 7 public security servants have been arrested, out of the 14 arrest warrants issued against officials who are allegedly related to organized crime.
