‘People who are being quarantined have begun having sexual affairs’ – Diana Atwiine reveals.

The Ministry of Health permanent secretary of Uganda, Diana Atwiine has revealed that some of the people who are being quarantined at a hotel in Uganda have started having sexual affairs with one another.

Mrs. Diana revealed this during an interview session on radio(One talk show).

During the interview, Mrs. Diana said: “Ugandans are not serious. Some who are in the quarantine have even begun having sexual affairs. They move to rooms of others in the hotels where we have placed them. Others like in Mulago move from their rooms to visit their colleagues who are in other rooms, this is too dangerous and it will distract our effort”
