Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Outrage on social media as Mason Greenwood is included in Manchester United squad list.
The 20-year-old striker has been suspended by the Red Devils as a result of a police investigation.
Greenwood has been placed on leave with pay since his arrest in January for alleged rape, assault and a threat to kill.
He remains on bail as police continue their investigation.
The youngster was, however not a part of the 25-man squad list by Erik ten Hag for the UEFA Europa League. The striker has been out on suspension following grievous allegations that he assaulted and threatened to kill an 18-year-old student. The Daily Mail reports that he is currently out on bail after a private hearing in June.
His last game for Manchester United came on January 22ns in a game where United beat West Ham 1-0. The Mirror reports that his profile remains on the club’s website, but fans have been barred from buying his merchandise. The reports further claim that United have insisted that there is no change in mason’s status and thus, he remains suspended.
“There has been no change whatsoever in Mason’s status,” a spokesperson said.
“We removed his profile from the club app soon after he was removed from the squad in January.”
