Orlando City SC are signing Wilder Cartagena from Ittihad Kaliba of the United Arab Emirates.
The 27-year-old Peruvian central midfielder has 15 caps for Peru, appearing in the 2018 World Cup. He appeared 22 times in the UAE Pro League last season.
