Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Orlando Brown is currently in jail after being arrested In Ohio for domestic violence charges.
More trouble for “That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown … the actor’s been arrested for domestic violence in Ohio.
A spokesperson for the Lima Police Department tells us they got a call about a fight in progress Thursday … when they arrived, they came upon the former Disney star and arrested him for misdemeanor domestic violence.
It’s unclear who called 911, but cops say Brown’s conflict was with either a family member or another person living in the home. He’s apparently been in the Ohio town for over a month — with fans tweeting about seeing him around Lima.
As we’ve reported, OB’s had a lot of problems with the law over the last few years. You’ll recall he was busted in his underwear on an outstanding warrant back in 2018. He was also arrested previously for narcotics possession and alleged burglary.
It is not the first time the That’s So Raven actor has been accused of violence and battery.
In 2016 the actor was accused hitting a woman in Torrance, California while the pair were in a police parking lot.
Passerbys witnessed the altercation between the woman, believed to have been his then-girlfriend, and Brown – a TV veteran who also appeared on Family Matters, The Jamie Foxx Show and Moesha! – and told police what had happened.
He failed to attend a scheduled court hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Brown was eventually arrested in March after police were called to a residence in Barstow, California after complaints of a domestic disturbance.
He failed to appear in court again after being released from prison shortly after and was found by bounty hunters in Las Vegas. Brown was apprehended in June 2016 after leaving a hotel known for prostitution and being found to be in possession of meth.
As he was being taken into custody, according to the magazine, law enforcement officials found methamphetamine on his person, leading to two more charges.
He was arrested in September 2018 after trying to break into a friend’s restaurant and change the locks.
He was sentenced to 23 days in prison after being convicted of historic drug and burglary charges.
Brown also previously signed off on a plea bargain deal in 2014 after a woman accused him of threatening to kill both her and her daughter.
The actor, who has struggled with addiction issues, featured on an episode of Dr Phil in 2018 as friends tried to stage an intervention.
The star appeared confused during the sit-down, but there was a moment when some fans began to rally behind the star so that he would somehow overcome his battle with addiction.
