One California mother is now going viral after she issued her 18-year-old son some “GTFO” papers as he was opening his birthday presents!
A Rialto, CA mother took to her TikTok recently and shared a copy of her own “Lease Termination: 30-Day Notice to Vacate” paperwork. The documents are dated September 2, 2022 and is addressed to her son Carlos, who was given 24 hours to vacate her property! The paperwork goes into some brief legal jargon relevant to the state of California residents, and is finally signed by the landlord, “Your Mom.”
In a second TikTok clip, Carlos asked his mother, “How long did it take you to type this?,” and she said, “It took me 30 seconds, bro. You know when your kid turns 18, and you give them a 30-day notice, you can type an eviction notice in like a minute or two.” Carlos proceeds to nervously shuffles the papers and shakes his head in disbelief. His mother then replies with a witty comment, “Aweeee. Baby excited he’s moving out?” Carlos, without hesitation, shakes his head and says “Yeah!”
