NY principal, Daniel Erickson, used Snapchat to try to lure a 16-year-old girl to meet him in a remote location for sex, bringing with him condoms, chicken nuggets and a Grimace milkshake from McDonald’s, authorities said.

The now former Johnson City Middle School principal is charged with third-degree attempted rape, a misdemeanor, and luring a child, a felony.

He is being held without bail at the Broome County jail, and has been relieved of his position at the head of the middle school — which serves students in grades six through eight.

But parents say the school district should have acted earlier, claiming other former students have brought up similar sexual harassment claims against Erickson.

Broome County deputies eventually became aware of the situation on Wednesday, and just two days later, Erickson allegedly agreed to meet with the student in a remote location with the intention of engaging in sexual relations.

Officers then decided to set up a sting operation at the location, and found Erickson with a box of condoms, chicken nuggets and a Grimace milkshake.

As a father, I know this is a nightmare scenario for any parent,” Akshar said. “We entrust our schools with the care and safety of our children, and to have an individual violate that trust, abuse their power and prey on a very student charged in our schools’ care is beyond disgusting.”

Erickson was remanded to the Broome County Correctional Facility. He is being held without bail.
