It’s Criminal for any Person to Record, Access, intercepts or shares any program, data, video or information of another person without authorization;-10yrs in Prison.
Insight – According to the Nsereko bill, the whistle-blower who shared the video clip of a 2 year old child being tortured by the tormentor/mother is liable to imprisonment of 10 years as she never had the consent of the mother/tormentor at In Nsereko’s perspective, it was so wrong for the woman to leak the video clip exposing the recklessness the 22 year old Luweero mother unleashed on her minor.
Nsereko, as of his bill suggests that the whistle-blower had to first approach the mother, request for her consent then takes record of the unfortunate events!
The Nsereko bill does not accommodate whistle-blowers or citizen journalists. He strictly prefers to silence the dissent. Nsereko wants to wake up to read information he only agrees with. In short, he wants only information that appeals to his state of mind. He wants to wake up happy, spend the day happy and sleep happy! His bill is driven by the assumption that we must always agree on everything for the world to move forward. The same Nsereko as per his religion subscribes to the school of thought that the world has both God/Allah and Satan.
This alone shows that there’s always room for dissent!Biologically, Nsereko’s fingers might be at the same level. All his fingers and toes are equal in size and purpose.This ofcourse is utter fiction. For as long as humanity still reigns, nobody can defeat dissent. We can never agree on everything in life. It’s totally fictional.
