Nollywood actor, Dave Ogbeni has taken to his Instagram page to congratulate his state governor on his new appointment in the south-south region of Nigeria. Dave Ogbeni is delighted as the governor of Delta state, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa on his emergence as the chairman of South-south governors forum.
Governor of Delta, His Excellency, Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa took over from the former Bayelsa state and immediate past chairman to emerge as the new chairman of south-south governors forum.

Dave Ogbeni wrote: “I wish to cong my boss, His excellency, senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okoea, governor of Delta state on his emergence as the chairmain of south-south governors forum.
His Excellency was meritoriously selected as the chairman of the forum judging from his good political and positive people oriented leadership style in Delta state in particular, soutg-south region and Nigeria in general.
Governor Ifeanyi Okowa ably took over from the immediate past chairman and former Bayelsa state term in office on Friday, February 14,2020.
