Muhyiddin Yassin has pleaded not guilty to the first four charges of abuse of power involving RM232.5 million.
The court has set a bail of RM2 million and for his passport to be surrendered. Muhyiddin has also been slapped with two charges of money laundering, amounting to RM195 million.
This brings the total charges brought against the Bersatu president to six.
Case mention has been set for May 26. Muhyiddin is also set to face an additional charge at the Shah Alam court on Monday.
The court has adjourned.
