Muda president Syed Saddiq has been ordered by the KL High Court to enter his defence in his CBT case, involving RM1.12 million in Bersatu funds. 

The judge ruled that the prosecution succeeded in proving a prima facie case against the former Muar MP.

Muar MP Syed Saddiq has failed in his bid to initiate impeachment proceedings against prosecution witness Rafiq Hakim. 

Judicial Commissioner Azhar Abdul Hamid said the differences in Rafiq’s MACC statement and his testimony in court are not considered serious contradictions.
