Missing 24-year-old girl discovered at Limbe mortuary one month after
Her picture and personal information was posted on MMI social media handles on Friday morning and a few hours later, the family was called and told to come to the Limbe hospital
One of her relatives told MMI they were called on Friday, after the mortuary attendants saw Velma’s picture and details posted on Mimi Mefo Info Facebook page.
“Thank you very much Mimi, somebody called me yesterday after the missing person alert MMI posted… She was knocked down that same night that she disappeared. She was crushed by a camion at Church Street at about 10pm,” the relative told MMI CEO, Mimi Mefo on Saturday, April 8.
