You really can’t make these things up! During a Florida City commission meeting on Tuesday, a group of women suggested for taxpayer money be spent on something else… the creation of a dungeon so local “Doms” and “Subs” can let loose.

While commissioners were discussing a proposed $906,500-yard waste disposal contract with Waste Management Inc, the woman who signed up to participate was called to speak along with with her latex-wearing buddies.

The woman identified only as ‘Miss Krave’ began her proposal by saying, “Good evening, council peoples. You may call me mistress,” Miss Krave said per @local10news. In her demand for funds to go into building a “dungeon,” she went on to say, “I find it interesting that you would spend almost $1 million dollars to hide your secrets down the drain,” Miss Krave said in front of the local lawmakers while wearing a full bodysuit with only her mouth visible. “I propose that you use a quarter of that million to support doms and subs in Broward County. Build a dungeon created for us, by us, the taxpayers and voting citizens,” she demanded.
