Manchester United players, Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes have reacted after losing to Chelsea yesterday in a 3 – 1 defeat.
There’s no more hope of FA Cup finals for Manchester United players after being defeated by “The Blues” – Chelsea by 3 goals to 1 yesterday.
In his tweet, Marcus Rashford revealed he’s gutted following yesterday’s defeat but he and his team mates have to brush it off, in order for them to prepare for two huge games this week.
“There’s no where to hide this morning, we just weren’t good enough yesterday. I’m gutted. But we have to brush that off and prepare for two huge games this week. Your support is everything and we never take that for granted. We’re going to need every single one of behind us,” Rashford tweeted.
The goal scorer of yesterday’s match, Bruno Fernandes has reacted also. In his tweet, he pointed at the fact that he and his team mates have never been the best before nor the worst for now.
He continued by saying that he and his team mates are sad about yesterday’s result and losing their only opportunity to win the FA Cup.
“We were not the best before and we are not the worst now!
We are really sad about the result and losing the chance to win the FA Cup, something we had hoped for!
Now it is time to gather forces and fight for our goal in the Premier League,” Bruno tweeted.
