Man, Martins Omotoyosi, arrested for locking up his kids inside a water drum and starving them in Lagos

Two kids locked inside an empty water drum, have been rescued by the police in the Ipaja area of Lagos. (Read More Here).

It is reported that the victims, Dorcas, 8, and Oreofe, 6, were treated that way by their father for eating a neighbour’s food having been starved and locked inside the house for the whole day.

It is reported that the incident happened at Lawani Ode Palace, Oke Odo area of Ipaja. The suspect, Martins Omotoyosi, who is currently chilling in police custody, was said to have been married to the victims’ mother, who left seven years ago over domestic violence and he started living with them.

However, he reportedly transferred the beating habit to the victims and was said to have constantly tortured them before they were eventually rescued. This was confirmed by the residents, who narrated what happened to PM Express.
