South African heavyweight rapper, singer, and performer David Junior Ngcobo, popularly known as Nasty C, revealed in a new freestyle why he refused to honour Sarkodie’s feature twice.

In a fiery freestyle on Metro FM, the ace rapper, who is rumored to be releasing his new album “the spank daddy” in 2023, revealed how and why he turned down an offer to be featured by one of the greatest African rappers of all time.

According to Nasty C, he held a grudge after Sarkodie refused to shake his hands when he (Nasty C) was an upcoming artiste. The Zulu man with some power made it known that he declined the feature requests twice by making flimsy excuses like “he was on album mode.” Nasty went on to say that he is still a big fan of Sarkodie, and if he gets another request from the iconic rapper, he will give it all his best.

“You should stick to Twi , because there we can’t tell how basic you are at writing”… Sarkodie receives an unexpected blow from Cameroon’s biggest rapper, Jovi few hours after releasing a diss track against Nasty C.

Nasty C caused quite a stir back in November when he made some details about his relationship with Sarkodie known during a freestyle session on Metro FM’s ‘The Touch Down’ show in South Africa.

Nasty C had claimed that Sarkodie contacted him twice about doing a feature but he turned him down because of the latter’s unfriendly behavior in their first meeting. According to Nasty C, Sarkodie refused to shake his hand when they first met.

‘‘See, when i first met Sarkodie, he wouldn’t shake my hand..Cool, i’m not too proud to say i’m still a fan but i held a grudge and told myself to wait till i’m the man, i’ll never give that man a verse oh boy, did i stick to my plan, two requests over the years and I decline them both” Nasty C rapped.

. In “Landlord” Sarkodie brags about being the “greatest rapper” and asserts that Nasty is nothing but a “fan” who should have just paid his respects when they met, asked for an autograph and walked out, just like fans do.

“I’m the biggest inspiration to your favourite rapper. I ain’t trying to be cocky face it I do it proper. I heard the young champ is hurt I’m sorry but anytime you meet the highest all you need is just a marker, Grab an autograph and get the fuck out. I ain’t gotta shake your hand so you can walk out. And so you know it’s not me you fighting your own ego maybe a a couple things you gotta sort out,” Sark raps in Landlord.

Sarkodie adds that Nasty C’s attack on him was all a plan to get his attention, and he succeeded.

“See, I ain’t got no pride to reach out to nobody. I love that nigga your ego is so baggy. Imma be the biggest hypocrite acting like I don’t cap cos we all do. It’s like I’m crashing my own party don’t get it twisted I’m still fan but don’t you get carried away I’m still the man. I never reached out homie but I know what you ding such a smart ass touching the god is part of the plan. That shit is old but still work. This like Jay Z responding to Lil Durk,” Sark adds.

Nasty C opened his verse by sharing details of his relationship with Sarkodie. “When I first met Sarkodie, he wouldn’t shake my hand. Cool. I’m not too proud to say I’m still a fan. But I held a grudge and told myself to wait till I’m the man.”..

“I’ll never give that man a verse and boy did I stick to my plan. Two requests over the years and I declined them both. I just made up some dumb excuse like ‘I’m in album mode’.”

He also spoke on trying to bury the hatchet with A-Reece, a decision he’d later regret after the rapper disrespected him.

He then added that despite being a fan of rappers 25K and Flvme, and a lot of dope artists who are close to A-Reece, he wouldn’t ever put his trust in him again.
