Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Brandy has responded to Jack Harlow following his freestyle shade and claims that he doesn’t know her voice. (Read More Here).

On Wednesday, Brandy used Jack’s chart-topping “First Class” single for a freestyle with some pretty clever lyrics. Hot 97’s “Ebro in the Morning” premiered the track, which is fitting since that’s where Jack first revealed he didn’t know Brandy is Ray J’s sister.

Brandy raps “Cinderella scriptures/But that don’t mean Jack in the streets/Jack of all trades/Now I’m here Jackin’ for beats” … then later acknowledges her “Queens” series cancelation and even plugs her brother Ray J’s “unbreakable” glasses. (Read More Here).

Now she’s delivering on her promise. On Wednesday, the 43-year-old R&B icon released her “First Class” freestyle, where she drops bars while reminding listeners of her legendary status.

“Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is world famous, one of the greatest / Living legend, did I mention my résumé is amazing?” raps the former “Moesha” star, who played rapper Xplicit Lyrics on ABC’s since-canceled drama “Queens.

Last week, the Louisville, Kentucky rapper caught flack for being blissfully unaware that Brandy and Ray J are siblings during an appearance on Hot 97. The “First Class” hitmaker struggled to name the artist when the hosts played Brandy’s 1998 song “Angels In Disguise” (which came out when Harlow was just two months old).

After co-host Peter Rosenberg gave him a hint by saying, “Her brother is the reason why a lot of people are famous, you could argue,” Harlow only added to his embarrassment by revealing he had no idea Brandy and Ray J are related.

“Who’s Ray J’s sister?” he asked as the penny finally dropped. “Brandy and Ray J are siblings? Nobody’s ever told me that in my life!”
