President Marcos arrives in Heritage Park to visit the wake of former president FVR.

We’re here at Heritage Park in Taguig to cover the wake of the late former president Fidel V. Ramos. The wake is open today to governement officials and members of the Ramos cabinet.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr gives short statement to the media, says the late former president Fidel Ramos, when he was chief executive, was a “symbol of stability after the tumultuous events of 1986.”

Marcos on FVR’s death: We clearly have suffered the loss for our country. But the memories of him will be good because of the good work he did for the Philippines.
