Lil Durk cancels 5 festivals including 750k rolling loud miami performance and reschedules upcoming tour due to health reasons!.

Durk’s planned tour dates with Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama for his “Sorry For The Drought” Tour, have also been canceled.

Given the cancelations, you gotta start to wonder if Durk’s condition is actually worse than originally stated.

As we told you in the story we broke last week … Durk claimed he fell victim to dehydration and checked himself into an Ohio hospital after becoming exhausted. Durk spent nearly a week getting treatment.

Prior to the health scare, Durk had just released his eighth studio album, Almost Healed, on May 26.

In support of the new drop, he announced that he would be embarking on a 27-city tour with special guests Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama across select dates.

The Sorry for the Drought tour was set to begin on July 28 in Tampa, then he would be making stops across America in Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles, and more before ending in Phoenix on September 7.

As of now, only five tour dates remain, and it is unclear if the openers will still be joining him for those shows.

According to ticketing websites, his concerts in his native Chicago on August 11 and 12 as well as Houston on August 21 will go on as planned.

His shows in Tampa and Toronto have been postponed indefinitely. On Tuesday, the singer-songwriter — born Durk Derrick Banks — released a personal statement via a post on DJ Akademiks’ official Instagram account.

‘Since I’m still awaiting to get full clearance from my doctors to travel and perform again, I have no other choice but to cancel my headlining Rolling Loud performance,’ Durk explained to his fans.

‘While I’m home resting, I am looking forward to my two homecoming shows on the 11th & 12th in Chicago,’ he continued.

‘For the rest of the the [sic] country, I’ll be announcing new dates soon. #StillHealing’.

Less than a week ago, he released another statement after he was forced to miss the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles and cancel several of his shows across Europe.

‘My fans mean everything to me, you’re the reason why I do this,’ he said in a statement shared by TMZ.

‘I was looking forward to touching all of my European fans, performing this week(end), attending the ESPYs and more,’ he continued.

‘But after performing and traveling daily I’ve become severely dehydrated and advised by my doctors not to travel due to exhaustion,’ Durk explained.

Four days ago (July 14), TMZ reported that Durk was recently released from the hospital. On July 6, he sought medical attention in Ohio after a severe episode of dehydration and exhaustion. After spending nearly a week being treated, Durk was in a good enough condition to leave the hospital but still said in a statement that he would take some time to get back to full strength.

“Once I get my full energy back, it’s back to business which I’m looking forward to,” he told TMZ.

The postponement of Durk’s Sorry for the Drought Tour comes just days after Lil Baby canceled multiple dates of his It’s Only Us Tour. While he did not reveal the cause behind this, experts in the industry predicted that the decision was inspired by low ticket sales.
