According to the Fire Department, the victims suffered an electrical discharge after lightning struck the place where they were.
A 45-year-old woman was rescued and taken to the nearest hospital.
She had vital signs changed, with numbness in her legs and high blood pressure, but according to firefighters, she is in stable health.
The incident took place near the army headquarters in Brasilia. Three vehicles and 11 police officers were at the scene to help the injured.
