Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that World Athletics has rejected local Athletics sensation Letsile Tebogo’s u20 100m record of 9.96s over no use of zero gun test.

Tebogo had earlier this year set a new World Under 20 record of 9.96s at a Gaborone meet continental tour race.World athletics had initially accepted the new time and went on to award Tebogo with Moment of the month title of April 2022.

In what seems to be a plot twist, the organization now says that it will not be accepting the time anymore citing no use of a zero gun test used to ensure precise timing.America’s Trayvon Brommel remains the u20 100m World record holder with a time of 9.97s.
