Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that there’s serious panic in South Africa especially citizens who live in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal area of South Africa. (Read More Here).

Since afternoon, there have been heavy downpours of rain around a few cities in South Africa. Recall that last month, flood hits KZN which destroyed many houses, properties and roads.

Little floods have been found in areas, such as: Durban beach front and Bluff Marine drive after heavy rain in Durban.

Why is the drainage system not being sorted out? We need real leaders , not these old people desperate to hold on to power while doing almost nothing for the people.

R22 M spent on a flag. All this waste because they are out of touch with reality! #KZNFloods

Only share credible info.

If you’re not a journalist/spokesperson, it’s not your job to “break” news.

Rather refer your followers to official municipal/authorities’ social media pages or credible news sites.

Fakes news is dangerous!

#KZNFloods.

SA gov will turn a blind eye to the damage the floods have caused in KZN but they will want to erect a 22mil flag, wow. #KZNFloods.

The rain in Durban today is heavy but in ml far less predicted than the major #KZNFloods a few weeks ago. But in Durban last week could easily see how major drains & channels were still filled with debris, mud & litter … so the math is different.

#KZNFloods was declared a state of disaster, one thought we gonna get weekly update on progress towards rebuilding KZN, expenses, who is getting which contracts.

I hope the people of kzn are getting some social relief aft the destruction.

If there are no preventative measures put in place this will be a disaster again. Even the smallest of measures can make a difference.
