Kylian Mbappé training with unwanted squad including Wijnaldum, Paredes, Diallo etc.

PSG have announced that Mbappe will not take part in their tour of Japan, virtually putting the 24-year-old on the transfer list in the process.

The Ligue 1 champions believe that Mbappe, who is out of contract next summer, has agreed terms with Real Madrid over a transfer in 12 months and are trying to sell him in order to avoid losing him for nothing.

Mbappe, however, is reported to have told PSG that he is not motivated by money and dreams of playing for Real Madrid, where he can win every potential trophy on offer. The striker has already told the club that he does not intend to sign a new deal and plans to leave on a free transfer next summer. PSG have told Mbappe that he must either sign a new deal or be sold this summer.

However, as time passed it started to become more and more clear that he was more than likely to leave. His change of mind is mostly attributed to Real Madrid’s *interest in the striker.

Mbappe has never shied away from the fact that he has been an ardent Real Madrid fan growing up. He has mentioned in numerous interviews that he aspired to play for the Los Blancos. Apart from his personal ambitions, him moving to move to Madrid makes sense as the striker at 24 years old is entering the prime of his powers. At Real Madrid, the World Cup winner would have a much more realistic chance at winning European silverware.

At first, it was reported that PSG were unwilling to let him go on a free transfer, and understandably so. It was speculated that he would most likely move to Madrid.

FootballTransfers previously indicated that Arsenal will study the prospect of moving for Mbappe, but there is also interest elsewhere in the Premier League, with RMC reporting that Chelsea are ready to make a move.

According to the French source, Chelsea are studying the feasibility of the deal and have not yet made an offer for Mbappe, who remains favourite to move to Real Madrid.
