According to information, Reverend pastor Lucy and Prophet Carmel have been dating each other for over a year now.
Taking to her Twitter page, Reverend Lucy shared photos from her proposal ceremony showing the moments she said “yes” as she accepted the engagement ring from Prophet Carmel.
