Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that South African technologist, Tefo Mohapi, has rejoiced after surviving from COVID Pneumonia. (Read More Here).
Taking to his Twitter page, Tefo Mohapi, shared a picture of him leaving the hospital after surviving from COVID Pneumonia. According to him, he says he spent over 3 months at the ICU receiving intense treatment. He was diagnosed of Covid on July 19, 2021.
He ended his statement as he thanked Dr Chohan and Dr Schär for helping him in his fight against Covid pneumonia.
He wrote:
“On 19 July I tested positive for COVID Pneumonia and was immediately admitted to hospital. Today, 145 days later, I have been discharged after beating COVID sometime in September and spending the rest of the time recovering from 2nd order effects.
“For 3 months or so I was on a ventilator. I was m resuscitated 5 times on different occasions. 4/5 times of those the pulmonologist called my family to say there’s nothing they (hospital) can do, I’m likely gone soon.

“I’m grateful to Ramasedi for being alive. The recovery continues at home as I work on regaining muscle, working on lungs and getting fitter.
