17 Southern Nigeria governors has met and banned Open grazing in the whole of southern Nigeria.
The governors called on President Buhari to address Nigerians to restore confidence, and to organise a national dialogue.
The governors also called for a review of appointments into Federal Government agencies (including security agencies) to reflect federal character.
