Fortunately, most updates since the news of his hospitalization broke reported that he was getting much better. Also, even since the news broke, his family let fans know that his rapid transportation to a medical facility meant prompt healing. “We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday,” Corinne Foxx shared on Instagram. “Luckily, due to quick action and great case, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, The Foxx Family.”
A source claimed the actor still has 8 scenes to film for the unfinished movie — however, fill-ins have been spotted in his place this past week, signifying production might be wrapping up on the Netflix film without its male lead.
After Jamie Foxx wound up in the hospital, millions of fans sent an outpour of sympathy and support, including celebrities.
