Nigerian Cross-dresser, James Brown, seemed so excited to meet popular actor and lawmaker, Desmond Elliott. Despite the saga between Desmond Elliott and Nigerian youths, James Brown was super excited to meet him.
Taking to his Instagram page, James Brown, shared his before and after meeting photos and videos he took with Desmond Elliott at a hotel. In his Instagram caption, he referred to Desmond Elliott as “an Icon.” James Brown wrote: “It was great meeting an icon @desmondelliot.”
Nigerians, especially fans of James Brown, began to slam him for calling Desmond Elliott “an Icon.” Nigerian youths are angry with Desmond due to his utterances after the End SARS protests in October 2020. He went as far as referring to Nigerians as “These Children.” Since then, he hasn’t been liked anymore by Nigerians.
Who is Desmond Elliott? – According to Wikipedia: “Desmond Elliot (born Desmond Oluwashola Elliot; 4 February 1974) is a Nigerian actor, director, and politician; who has starred in over two hundred films and a number of television shows and soap operas. He won best supporting actor in a drama at the 2nd Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards and was nominated for best supporting actor at the 10th Africa Movie Academy Awards. He was elected as a lawmaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Surulere Constituency, in the 11 April 2015 Nigerian General Elections.”
