Awka in Anambra state is becoming something else as young men are currently being killed by unknown assailants, who are suspected to be cultists. Awka is said to be one of the most dangerous zones for cult boys after Obosi in Idemili North.
On Friday, April 30, 2021, popular Oghene player and singer, Uchenna Odili Paul, popularly known as, Ogene Malaysia, was reportedly shot dead by a gang of suspected cultists.
This morning, it was reported that a popular philanthropist, Cubic, was also killed by probably the same unknown cultists. Friends and residents in Anambra state have taken to social media to mourn both of them.
Oghene Malaysia was murdered at Amansea area of Awka North Local Government Area of Anambra.
