INEC has questions to answer, says President Buhari.

President Buhari made this known at APC meeting held on monday.  

President Buhari said that INEC has questions to answer for postponing the elections-just six hours before. President Buhari also added that INEC has all the materials and resources needed to conduct the elections and for this, they have questions to answer.
