Illegal Immigrant Chinese national, Shuihau Chen, (50) sentenced by the Kempton Park District Court to five years imprisonment or R500 000 fine for dealing in rhino horns without a permit

Illegal Immigrant Chinese national Shuihau Chen (50) sentenced by the Kempton Park District Court to five years imprisonment or R500 000 fine for dealing in rhino horns without a permit. 

He gets two years imprisonment without the option of a fine for two counts of contravening the Immigration Act. 

In addittion, the court then passed an order that Chen be deported to China after serving his sentence.
