Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Wavinya Ndeti claimed that her son, Charlie Oduwale, wanted to construct a Level 5 hospital for Machakos residents with the stolen Ksh. 679 million in the UK.
It has come to our attention that Wavinya Ndeti is currently stranded abroad after foreign banks refused to allow her to deposit Kenyan funds in their accounts. In a bid to resolve the matter, Governor Wavinya informed UK authorities that the funds were meant for the Machakos County Government. She claimed that the money was earmarked for the construction of a Level 5 hospital for Machakos residents living abroad.
