French Montana has been caught scamming his fans in order to boost his album sales.
His album “Mac & Cheese 5” sold over 55K, with 44K being “pure” sales.
Fans that pre-ordered $5 vinyl records back in January, never received their orders. Instead, packages (not big enough to contain vinyl) were delivered to random addresses in random states. This ensured that all of these purchases would count towards the first week sales.
