Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Nathan Templeton encouraged under 40 Australians to get Covid-19 vaccine vaccinated in his May 2021 (5/2021) tweet on Twitter before he died suddenly.




The Australian media industry and countless viewers were left devastated by the sudden passing of Nathan Templeton, a well-loved and respected journalist who graced the screens of Channel 7’s Sunrise program for many years.


His tragic death at the age of 44 sent shockwaves through the nation, raising questions about what happened and leaving a void in the hearts of those who knew him.


“Our deepest condolences go out to his family, especially his two young sons, during this difficult time.”


Other former colleagues began paying tribute to the journalist this morning.


Ex-Seven presenter Ryan Phelan said the news was heartbreaking.


“He was an incredibly talented and hardworking colleague but I will treasure our conversations post Channel 7,” he said, on X, formerly known as Twitter.


“Sending love to his young family.”


3AW sport presenter Matt Granland described Templeton as a “kind and gentle soul taken way too soon”.
