Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that PalmPay App Nigeria has restored operations after experiencing hours of poor network connection amidst crash rumours. (Read More Here).










Yesterday, it was reported that Nigerians couldn’t make transfer from their PalmPay App, while another set of Nigerians noticed some amount of money had left their accounts by unknown persons. 


It was rumoured that the app had been hacked by hackers who were illegally stealing people’s money. 


Taking to social media, PalmPay Nigeria, apologised to Nigerians over hack issues and poor network connection. It started) stated that it operations are fully back. 


Palm Pay wrote:


“Network update: We are pleased to declare that our systems are now fully operational once more. All PalmPay services have been fully restored.





“We wholeheartedly offer an apology for each and every inconvenience caused by the service disruption which lasted for around 2 hours 30 minutes from 9pm on the 30th April.

Thank you for bearing with us.”
