Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Taylor Swift seen searching for ‘Who is Peso Pluma’ on Google after he got announced to perform at the 2023 MTV VMAs.
According to information from Taylor Swift’s fanpages, they confirmed what Taylor Swift was searching on Google and it was: “Who is Peso Pluma?”
¡Bienvenido a los VMAs, Peso Pluma! The musician made history by becoming the first música Mexicana star to perform on the VMA stage as he took the stage to deliver an electrifying performance of “Lady Gaga” Tuesday night.
The performance opened with an orchestra of violins before the sound of the bajo quinto kicked in, and Peso Pluma — rocking a black puffer vest and baggy pants — started singing the lyrics to the Génesis standout, which references the VMA favorite.
“Y arriba México, viejo!” the star yelled to close his performance.
After topping Spotify’s Global Songs of the Summer list for “Ella Baila Sola,” the musician is also nominated for VMA Song of the Summer for “La Bebé” with Yng Lvcas. (Lvcas was also present at the awards show.)
Peso Pluma has had a banner year, earning more than 50 million monthly Spotify listeners, thanks to massive songs such as “Ella Baila Sola,” “La Bebé,” and “Lady Gaga” from his album Génesis. He also joined Karol G on her Bichota Season LP for “Qlona.”
