A Ghanaian man is currently receiving treatment in hospital after accidentally cutting his testicles while sleeping, according to TheSun.
Kofi Atta, a 47-year-old farmer, said he chopped part of his testicles after dozing off on the chair, during which he dreamt that he was cutting meat.
“I was sitting in my chair when I dozed off. In my sleep I dreamt that I was cutting some meat in front of me. I don’t remember how I picked up the knife,” he told BBC News Pidgin.
