Former ANC Treasury General Paul Mashatile has allegedly been having an affair with a lady called Gugu Nkosi and giving her money in US Dollars.
According to this leaked whatsapp convo, a News24 journalist who will soon be publishing this story was looking for Mashatile’s side of the story after Gugu revealed to them that she has been dating him from 2014 and throughout his time as the TG.
Mashatile was allegedly giving Gugu R200k – 500k per month for girlfriend allowance. In August 2019, Mashatile who lost his wife in July 2020 gave her money in US dollars after he returned from a Saudi Arabia trip. The journalist is questioning this trip.
Just recently, Gugu allegedly received R150k from Mashatile, delivered to her. The money was to bribe her from exposing the affair and other scandals as it would jeopardize his chances of becomong the Deputy President of ANC, the position he got on Monday.
The journalist is asking Mashatile through *Pule* (Mabe) where he was getting so much money to give to Gugu.
