The First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari, has called on Nigerians to pray to God for forgiveness because she believes God’s not happy for all the atrocities going on in the world.
She made the statement while addressing a few Nigerians during the 60th Independence Day public lecture and special Juma’at prayer held at National Mosque in Abuja, yesterday.
In her words:
“The world is no longer the same as a result of the pandemic and the pandemic is a sign that Almighty God isn’t not happy with us.
We need to pray for forgiveness. I think we have no choice than to continue asking for forgiveness from Almighty Allah.”
